Jack Dragos

Jack has a Ph.D. in the field of Lattice Quantum Chromodynamics (LQCD) from the University of Adelaide, Australia. He continued his LQCD research at Michigan State University, where he undertook research for direct simulations studies of Beyond the Standard Model (BSM) physics.
Jack has a previous background in theoretical physics, where he utilized large scale cluster computational resources to perform simulations at the subatomic scale. Throughout Jack’s studies in LQCD, he was interested in data simulation, analytics and visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate study outcomes to a wider audience.
Jack is currently interested in the development of image processing and computer vision techniques within Python. In addition to this, he likes to play video games and chess, train in Wing Chun and cook food.
