Randy (Katsunori) Mizogami

溝上は関西学院大学（兵庫県西宮市）にて商学部経営卒業、その間カナダに渡り、アルバータ州マウント・ロイヤル・カレッジでマーケティング課程を修了。
2023年エンソート入社以前は、世界的なデータ管理会社であるDigitalRouteのカントリーヘッドを務め、同社の成功に極めて重要な役割を果たしました。
溝上は常に先進的な考え方を持ち、これまで様々なグローバルテクノロジー企業でリーダー的ポジションを務め、優れた実績を残してきました。これからはエンソート経営陣の重要な一員として、日本事業の拡大に向け陣頭指揮をとっていきます。現状から脱却し、革新的なソリューションを実現する彼の情熱はこれまで多くのビジネスシーンで証明されてきました。
プライベートではアクティブなライフスタイルを取り入れ、ビジネスだけでなくベストを尽くすことを本分にしています。休みの日のランニングや自転車での通勤はこれから特に力を入れていくようです。
Randy holds a bachelor’s degree in management from the School of Business Administration at Kwansei Gakuin University in Nishinomiya, Japan. During his studies he also spent time in Canada, completing a marketing program at Mount Royal University (then Mount Royal College) in Alberta.
Prior to joining Enthought in 2023, Randy served as Country Head of DigitalRoute, a global data management company, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s success.
Randy has consistently taken a forward-looking approach, holding leadership positions at a number of global technology companies and delivering strong results in each. As a key member of Enthought’s leadership team, he now leads the expansion of the company’s business in Japan. Across many different businesses he has shown a willingness to move beyond the status quo and put innovative solutions in place.
Outside of work, Randy keeps an active lifestyle, believing in giving his best in everything, not only in business. Running on his days off and commuting by bicycle are two things he intends to focus on more going forward.
